Clicking sounds do not work

I have clicking sounds enabled in Opera GX, however outside of the one button in the startup page, I do not hear clicking sounds anywhere else. This seems to have been an issue for a while, too, if this thread I found from last year is any indication. Hoping this will be fixed sometime soon.
