Selecting multiple parts of a text to copy

Hi there,
I would like to mark and copy several text passages on a website at the same time.
I've already tried "Shift" and "Ctrl". Unfortunately, this does not work because the entire area is then marked.
Thanks for the help in advance.

@slater69 You'd need to copy the texts separately to some sort of "note" extension, then you could paste the entire note at once somewhere else. Few word processors support multiple selection (and even then usually something like copying columns of a table, not arbitrary passages), so it is hard to imagine a browser doing so.

Goto the URL
opera://settings/searchPopup
, and disable the search popup. Then, install https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/multiple-selection/cnccnjdknbhcdcenjmelmlkpklbhlieg/.
Then, click the cube icon at the right of the address bar and pin the extension to the address bar.
Then, click the extension's icon in the address bar and choose to turn the extension on.
Then, you can ctrl + left-click and drag to select multiple runs of text. Then, hit ctrl + c to copy.
Not perfect, but it works in my simple testing.
