no transcript in youtube. of subtitle

.but for now ther is only report button appers. if anyone know how to solve it .. tell me pls . i want transcrpit option back . so i can copy subtitle

@omi-kun According to that image, there doesn't seem to be a subtitle for that video.
If you mean that option for you to add a translation, I guess it's depends on video creators to enable such option.
Can you see the options in other browsers? If so, then it's just Google blocking browsers again.

@leocg actually i was listen to "let me down slowly" go and u can clealy see that it has subtitle. but transcript does't appear. and not even in private mode not even chorme . so i am also thinking creater has to enable it maybe . but is there any way to just copy the subtitle. pls without dowanload i mean .

@omi-kun I didn't get any video, I just at looked at the image you posted. And there is no subtitle in it, as well there isn't the button to enable subtitles.
Anyway, as you already found out, there is no transcription of the subtitles in that video. Aren't those subtitles automatically generated?
Try asking in a YouTube or video related forum if there is a way for you to download the script. Or try finding an extension.
