@graw19 The only way to remove the button is by cleaning the downloads list. And, as said, once you do a download, the button should show up again.

Use Ctrl + Shift + 7 or Ctrl + J
It may pop up in a new tab.
Fix 2
Paste this in your search bar:
opera://settings/?search=downloads
Locate the setting to enable the shortcut/widget.
@aeq Clicking Ctrl + J every time is very inconvenient. I can't find the setting you're talking about

@graw19 bro delete the extension which u have installed I mean delete the extension for downloads. That exactly happen to me too. . If you are reading this, reply me pls because I need help too.
