Restoring Last Session

1. Where is the setting for restoring the last session (all tabs that were open while quitting the app).
   Is the default for it not to restore?
2. I imported my bookmarks from Firefox using the Opera's wizard for it in settings, however, the imported bookmarks shows under a folder name 'Imported from Firefox' which shows inside the Bookmarks Bar.
   Is there a way to change it so it shows by its own line outside of the Bookmarks Bar?
3. How do I create a bookmarks icon shortcut somewhere more visible like the right-hand side of the address bar or similar?
