Where is the setting for restoring the last session (all tabs that were open while quitting the app).
Is the default for it not to restore?

I imported my bookmarks from Firefox using the Opera's wizard for it in settings, however, the imported bookmarks shows under a folder name 'Imported from Firefox' which shows inside the Bookmarks Bar.
Is there a way to change it so it shows by its own line outside of the Bookmarks Bar?

How do I create a bookmarks icon shortcut somewhere more visible like the right-hand side of the address bar or similar?
