[Solved]Texting with Google Voice

when I type in www.voice.google.com in the search line, I'm able to access Google with no problem - looking to send/receive texts on my laptop.

But when I added www.voice.google.com to my Opera bookmarks I get a message: "This site can't be reached." It says to Go to Opera > Preferences… > System > Use DNS-over-HTTPS instead of the system’s DNS settings and check your DNS-over-HTTPS provider.

I did this but still get the "can't be reached" message. Can anyone help this old Luddite out? Thank you.

@ljfried So if you type the address, you can go to the page but if you bookmark the page and click on the bookmark to open it, you get that error message?

@dotbox I had just copied the web address wrong
