focus indicator/blue border

hello

please could someone help me. i am trying to Enable focus indicator or the blue border that opera used to have. Any time you click on a link, a blue box shows you the last link you have clicked.
i cant seem to find any add on or extension.
is there another way opera could have this feature?

@lebyarules What exactly would be that? I don't remember Opera having such thing.

if you see the attached picture; one can tell the last link i have clicked because a blue border circles the link.
opera used to have this feature.

@lebyarules Don't remember that feature. Maybe it was from an extension? Or even a bug?
