<![CDATA[focus indicator/blue border]]>hello

please could someone help me. i am trying to Enable focus indicator or the blue border that opera used to have. Any time you click on a link, a blue box shows you the last link you have clicked.
i cant seem to find any add on or extension.
is there another way opera could have this feature?

if you see the attached picture; one can tell the last link i have clicked because a blue border circles the link.
opera used to have this feature.
