Ctrl + [number] doesn't go to the correct tab

Whenever I press ctrl + 1 it doesn't go to the first tab, it goes to the 2 tab for some reason. Also, all the numbers are like this, I'm just using 1 as an example. It works correctly in chrome, so it's not my keyboard. Please help. Ty.

@xx0eddy0xx Do you have GX Corner there? Possibly it thinks you do and is skipping the leftmost tab for that reason.

@sgunhouse I don't. I also don't think that's the reason cuz when I press ctrl + 9, it goes to the second tab lol.
