Problem Resetting Display when Switching from 2 Displays to One Display

Usually, I use two displays for efficient work. When I disconnect my external screen and continue working on my laptop; if I forgot my Opera windows on the extended desktop (it does not matter whether I exited Opera or not, they will always open on the last display they were running), they remain there and do not reset to the primary display. I need to move all open Opera windows to my primary display before shutdown or sleep. If I forget this, they are stuck on the extended desktop and are not restored to the primary display (which is my laptop screen). I love Opera very much though, this problem is really annoying... Any ideas? Did anyone else had such a problem before?

@keremer Not limited to Opera, one of the advertised features of Windows 11 is a fix to this issue.
There are already dozens of threads on this topic, many with titles along the lines of the window being invisible because the poster hadn't figured out why he couldn't see it.
