agreement in extensions manager

So it pops up in the upper corner that i have to accept some agreement but when i press the button that takes me to extension manager there isn't anything to accept.

I have reinstalled Opera Gx but it still wont work.

@wollymormor Sounds like one of the extensions changed its required permissions and they need you to approve it. What extensions do you have?
