      @best-slime Maybe you will need to reset your synced data.

            @best-slime To reset your synced data, go to https://www.sync.opera.com/reset

                When restoring Windows 10, all programs were deleted. When installing Opera, I was logged into my account, but synchronization does not work. In the settings, you can see which pages were open, tabs and add-ons on the express panel, but nothing appears. Also, extensions and settings did not load.

                  @qvvverty First, remember that synchronization is not a backup tool. Second, you dis a minimal research and know that opened tabs from other installations/devices can be accessed by clicking on the tabs icon in the sidebar and similar speed dials can be found in Other Speed Dials, right? Also, it's know that extensions aren't synced.

                    @leocg Yes, they are there, but how to restore them?

                      @leocg Previously, this was not the case and everything was synchronized normally.

                        @qvvverty They what, speed dials? If so, just go to the bookmarks page and copy them to the Speed Dial folder on the left.

                          @qvvverty Nope, Speed Dials and Opened Tabs sync always worked that way.

                            @leocg No, before everything was restored without problems. Express panel bookmarks are already in the express panel, but they are not displayed on the express panel. Open tabs are displayed only in the profile and open one at a time, but how to open them all at once?

                              @leocg my computer needed a complete reset and when I tried to sync I was told I had nothing to sync. Everything collected over years just gone!
                              Now I try to sync my new bookmarks to Android and, guess what, there's nothing there!

                              I'm devastated. What's going on?

                                @qvvverty You are not correct, synced Speed Dials were never automatically populated in a different installation. The same is valid for synced opened tabs.

                                You can't load all opened tabs from other installations at once as far as I know.

                                  @yveclark Sync were enabled before? Do you see your old data at www.sync.opera.com?

                                    @qvvverty I figured out the tabs on the express panel. It remains to figure out how to restore the open ownership. 2021-07-30 (10).png

                                        @rosenburov I would try resetting synced data/passphrase.

                                            The Sync seems to be having the issue. I am getting the bar code to scan on the computer. After scanning the same on the mobile device the latter regrets of no response from the computer. The computer remains unperturbed in the barcode screen. No errors in browser console reported.
