I'm mean the browser synchronizing all ,but after only you can find the things under the bookmarks tab. My origin problem it was the speed dial icons/tabs. They didn't show up in the right place and i didn't want to spend too much time to re set all speed dial tabs. It's not same like back up ,so i had to do one by one manually.

Even I have Opera account and let it all sync the old data do not appear on my new laptop. Can you halp me with that?

Even the open tabs were synchronized and the passwords are still empty in the tab (Your synchronized content) Windows 10 x64

Now just copy what you want from Other Speed Dials to Speed Dial and you will be able to see them in your current Opera installation.

I logged into my account, I can see everything, but the browser does not synchronize the speed dials.

It will only sync from tablet to desktop which is a pain in the a*se because then I have to go through adding all my desktop shortcuts again. Not everyone want to have their mobile product rule their lives. My desktop is my main device because I can do so much more on it. Android is pretty much useless to me except for a few things I need when I'm away from home for a few days to a week or more.
