Sometimes captchas do not appear

I have no idea why.. I updated Opera tried private browsing without addons or scripts, and I Enabled tracking.. and still

However its working with other browsers..
The Captcha provider is from a service called "Solve Media"

Please I need an expert's input on this issue!

Turn off your ad blocker and tracker for that site and see if that helps
