How to Disable the dialog offering to change to Yandex?

I disabled all possible settings related to affiliate materials in the browser, but still sooner or later displays a proposal to change the search engine to Yandex (in the screenshot).
Is there any other way to fix the situation?

@sdjv237d8b I gather the screenshot was too large - there is a file size limit on image uploads. You'll need to crop it slightly or find some image hosting site and embed it that way.

@sgunhouse sorry for that.
I compressed the screenshot so that it would load on the site. So, it shows the plate, which offers me to change the search engine to Yandex (I'm from Russia), but I do not like it and do not use it.
