but if i load opera addons with https://webcache.googleusercontent.com
it works but i cant still download extensions

@nasserooooo Then something is blocking access to Opera sites. It's known that some countries block access to Opera, maybe that's the case.

@nasserooooo i fixed it cause the web banned my country i got a vpn and switched to new york and it was fixed
