Download Progress shows a weird status

I was trying to download a built artifact from Azure Devops and Opera downloads is showing the status as below
Infinity% - 0 B/s - 80.3 MB / 0 B
I am not sure whether this is Azure Devops web server issue or Opera bug or something related to my local internet connection. Hence would like to take the thoughts of peer browser users here.

@lavanyadeepak-0 Opera believes the file is 0 bytes long, and of course division by 0 produces the "infinity%" result. No idea why the rate is listed as 0 bps though.
If it only happens on that site, then it is a server issue - they told Opera the file was 0 bytes.
