Express-panel process leak too much cpu

Hello.
I have 2 computers with same problem: express panel process use too much cpu resources from 10 to 50%. i don't know why but what to look for in browser to stop high cpu usage for this process?

W10 latest, Opera letest available 74.0.3911.203. This problem i found months ago and during any version same thing.

Express panel tab is empty - only 3 web links.

@leocg ~20 minutes since updated to .218 - 0% cpu usage on this process. Thanks.

I will keep an eye on it for 1-2 days and after return here with the final answer.

@leocg same thing - cpu usage loads from 0 to 20-40% peak for 10-60 secounds on both PCs.

Not enough like 10-50% of cpu usage but... While i record with video i do nothing with browser and where were no express tab enabled. Sometimes it's like on the video, sometimes like 20-40%, sometimes like 10-50%.

Same problem with 74.0.3911.218
CPU usage in 142.6%:)

If i terminate express-panel process - everything becomes normal
Noticed that this is repeated if I use Google services.
For example, I try to create a new document in docs.google.com using a template.

Still same situation with build 76.0.4017.94
May be Opera team try to fix it? Very nervous every time to do not forget to kill this process after run app...
