Receiving multiple notification requests

Hello,

I have block pop-ups enabled but I still receive notification requests from numerous sites.

Is there another setting somewhere that I'm missing?

Opera 62

Happens on both:

Pixel 4a; Android 11
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3; Android 9

@lylej Notification requests are not considered pop-ups.
