@moko2055 You need to ask Trend Micro.
Anyway, if you have real time protection turned on, then it should check all downloaded stuff.

There's a nice non-answer for you. The answer is, Trend Micro no longer supports Opera. I just found out the hard way.

Maybe someone at Opera (hint hint) can get with someone at Trend Micro, and see if the support can be reinstated.
