Where to find Opera Mail Source Code

I used thunderbird as email client but it rather becomes worse than better.
Now I have tested Opera Mail and like its approach but its development has stopped.
Does anybody know whether it is possibel to get the source code because I think about (not a promise) to restart development.

Opera doesn't generally release source code, unfortunately.
