Can't use Skype to call.

When I use Skype from Outlook or directly from Skype web it shows "Your browser does not support calling. Use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome for the best experience.".
So please fix this.

I have also seen the same problem on other topics too.
Are you using an updated version?
I will suggest to turn off the VPN and then make a try.

I have this issue, and I need skype for work, I use Opera GX, without VPN

It was a Skype / Microsoft decision not to allow Opera (you can email and complain them). The Skype alpha releases were working without problems.

Yes, I was using the latest version of opera at the time I posted this issue and now I have updated to the latest version.
You can see the image in the issue that I have posted, the VPN is turned off.[image in the issue that I posted]!

Again I checked whether Skype is working after updating to the latest version and after turning off the VPN, Skype shows the same error again.I have attached the image below.

Even if I directly go to web.skype.com the video and audio call buttons are disabled.
