Yes, I was using the latest version of opera at the time I posted this issue and now I have updated to the latest version. Screenshot 2020-11-23 121637.png

Again I checked whether Skype is working after updating to the latest version and after turning off the VPN, Skype shows the same error again.I have attached the image below.

The Skype alpha releases were working without problems.

I have also seen the same problem on other topics too.
Are you using an updated version?
I will suggest to turn off the VPN and then make a try.
