How to get rid of downloaded pupup.

I'm running Version:72.0.3815.186, and also the latest on a different machine. On the other machine when this popup comes up there is a "don't show this again" button to make it go away. Now on this machine I don't get that option.

How do I make this go away and never come back?

Is that the one that shows when you are uploading a file? You can turn it off or back on in Settings.
