How to stop video autoplay?

@fred-g Sadly not.
In fact my other favorite browser free adblock browser lost this feature too recently, I have no clue why.
None of the adroid browsers got this feature. I suspect due to using the same chomium as base, and they are lazy to implement the function? Can't see other reasons except that they want us to see scumy ad videos starting up constantly, even if we don't watch it.

Try Video auto block extension in Opera

This was never an option in mobile browsers. Except Free ADBlock Browser, but they've removed from there also now.

"No mobile browser" is not correct; Firefox 1.68 definitely has it; I don't use the current version, but I just installed the Nightly, and it still has "stop autoplay" in Settings.

Please, how to block automatic video? This is worse than advertising. Is it too hard to do?

@tomaroc Not possible at the moment. Although in many sites videos don't autoplay.

b can only block autoplay videos old versions of opera, recent new versions I don't see the setting of autoplay videos.
