I don't know what's going on but your application has a problem and as soon as I open it it marks an error like this ( 404. That's an error. The requested URL was not found on this server. That's all we know.) and I don't know why? and I don't know why we can't even use it anymore?!

@sgunhouse: Bad advice. Please check extension before you place some advice's.

Extension tries to access https://keep.google.com/keep URL which is not working anymore. Simple https://keep.google.com/ will be enough. Extension needs quick fix from developer. @nom4d3br hope you can still do it.

I have created my own extension called Google Keep Sidebar 2 which is working just like old Google Keep Sidebar. I hope it will be accepted by moderators soon and added, so you could add it and still enjoy google keep in Opera sidebar.

It is possible to update the url of the plugin. Also handy if you want to show a non default google account.
The url can be updated in this file at least on a Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/com.operasoftware.Opera/Extensions/hdnmdiogdjiondmkmicfekiokaalkj/1.0.3.1_0/_locales/en/messages.json
and will be used after a restart.The hdnmdiogdjiondmkmicfekiokaalkj dir differs on different installations.

@kjeldahl: I can confirm it also works on Windows. File (messages.json) to change should be somewhere in C:\Users[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Extensions\jahdnmdiogdjiondmkmicfekiokaalkj\1.0.3.1_0_locales\en\
jahdnmdiogdjiondmkmicfekiokaalkj is the directory that also differs on different installations.

@Opera-Comments-Bot
Doesn't works on Opera 68.0.3618.63.
I hope Opera Developers should add Google Keep (in near future) on the sidebar with the social networks, many people would use daily, me incluid -

@nom4d3br would you consider adding an option to select a different google user than the default? In order to access another google user the url needs to be set to https://keep.google.com/u/<user_index> where <user_index> is a number (0,1,2,3).

if you need to edit the 'messages.json' on a portable install its located here
Drive:\PortableApps\profile\data\Extensions\jahdnmdiogdjiondmkmicfekiokaalkj\1.0.3.1_0_locales\en
personally changed it to https://keep.google.com/u/0/ for user 0 -

@phoinixtk: Great, very helpful! BTW: you don't have to restart Opera, just turn off and then on the extension.

- ábralo con el editor.
