For example, when downloading a photo or file on a computer, I choose the "Downloaded files" shortcut and click on the location of the file, which cannot be found. A message is displayed: Server execution failed. Please help. I have updated my browser to the latest version.

Yes. Clicking twice. But I can't get to the location (by clicking the Folder icon)

And how about using Windows' File Explorer? That's what clicking the folder icon should do - use File Explorer to open the folder.

Yes I use but it's hard to look for the downloaded file and it takes a lot of time. For example, today it works fine. I click on the folder icon in the download and it leaves me to the place where the downloaded file is.

I have the same problem; it's been happening on-and-off for a few weeks now that I've noticed. It's very frustrating.
If the feature no longer works, I'll cope, but I'd like to know why it's not working.
