At Opera we sat down (separately, at our respective work-from-home locations) and wrote down some tips that can help you improve your effectiveness at home as well as manage the situation we find ourselves in under COVID-19 self-isolation.

@treego quaint and trivial ... opera should just make their software work better.... there are plenty of suggestions and criticisms that users have sent in. Follow up in those... I don’t need advice on my work life at home office from opera .. I need a better browser
Have you found a better browser?

@treego Firefox and Chrome and EDGE all do the same job as OPERA...
They don't for me. Vivaldi is the only true competition to Opera for me. Opera is still #1 for me.

@iatmik Vivaldi is infinitely customizable and seems very light on resources. Vivaldi is run by the previous head of Opera, yes. Vivaldi does have a mobile option for Android (beta), but not iOS, currently.
Opera seems a bit more nimble for me, though. Opera handles numerous tabs and extensions along with its clever built-in functions of mouse gestures, MyFlow, sidebar (Messenger), Workspaces, keyboard shortcuts that are well-thought out and customizable that don't interfere with Google Docs shortcuts (as sometimes happens in Vivaldi), Instant Search, Tab Menu, all in a very aesthetically pleasing fashion WHILE remaining very nimble.
Opera is king for me!
Firefox always seemed clunky to me ... too dependent on extensions that didn't always mesh well ... built-in functions are sluggish, more limited, and not as well thought-out seemingly or as nimble as in Opera.
Never tried Edge ... another Chromium spin-off that is trying to catch up, I believe. (note: I am on Windows 7)

@treego OPERA is my favorite browser.. but I was infinitely annoyed when they got rid of OPERA COAST for iPhone and do not seem to be willing to listen to their customers. So I was a little annoyed when I got advice about working at home. Focus on your browser not on me. Give me the stuff I need from your product. I don’t need your advice on working from home. Thanks for your feedback on VIVALDI..
