Just installed, first batch of ads are all sex related.

Just installed Opera, thinking about switching. But for a service that touts built-in ad blocking, having half naked pictures and links to sign up for porn and dating seems pretty hypocritical.
I looked in settings, only option is to personalize ads or not.
So I'm just making clear: if I use Opera you're going to force ads on me that I have no control over?

To disable adds in the Opera user interface, tap the "O" icon, go to settings and disable News and Opera notifications.
To block most ads on web pages, tap the "O" icon and enable ad blocking. I also recommend using DuckDuckGo as your search engine to avoid seeing ads based on your search history.
With those settings I hardly ever see ads in Opera and never ones for porn or dating sites.

@yeswap Thank you for the information and advice! I can disable, but I'm disabling other features to do so, then. Not the answer I wanted to hear, but now I know! Appreciated, I'll move on and look again for mobile browser without ads.
