some image website not load

this weekend my opera didn't show some image or etc website when I using ad blocked opera but when I disable ad block it's fine , I try using Opera browser dev it's fine too.

When a website looks like that, it means a resource (often the CSS "stylesheet") was not loaded. And most often if it wasn't loaded because of the ad blocker. Though sometimes clearing the cache or clearing site data for that site will fix it.

already clearing the cache or site data but still same.
