Not able to edit account due to case sensitive trouble?

I want to change my password for my Opera Link (Opera profile as well?) account but I'm able due to some case sensitive trouble most likely.

I registered my username with all lower cases but under the "Edit Account" page Opera autofills the username-field with the first letter as upper case and I'm getting the error message "Username not availabel". I'm not able to edit the username field either, so what are my options?

Username not available? You are using it, of course. The error message sounds like you're not trying to do what you think you are ...

Click on the little down arrow on the top right > Account > Change Password. Or go to this page
