Opera annual survey pop-up window: spam?

I got the following pop-up window in my opera browser this morning. it says (in french because I'm in France) that I was selected to answer an annual servey on my usage of the Opera Browser and that I will be rewarded a gift of over 50eur for answering it. is it safe?

Hmm, i wouldn't trust it. Doesn't seem to be a typical Opera behavior and the link is 'strange"

Pop up ad most likely not associated with Opera. Ignore it.
