Go into Windows 10 Settings screen when going into & coming out of Opera <- there was another user that posted same issue 01 Jan. 2017 but now says closed? <- You don't keep answers so we can see or was the issue not resolved? I did report 21 Dec. 2016 per: "bug report, with the ID: DNAWIZ-10166." Thank you for Opera, it's great & if no solution to this minor problem I'll STILL use Opera. Greg 10 Jan. 2017
