To bookmark the current page nn Opera 41 for Android and probably other recent versions, click the 3 dots in the upper right corner, choose "Add to" then click "Bookmarks".

There is no three dot menu at the top right is a big red 0.And there is no "person"icon at the bottom right

Try updating to Opera 37, which is the latest stable version.

Anyway, do you see a '+' icon the left of the address bar? You can click on it to add the current page to bookmarks, speed dial, etc.
