Opera crashed, lost tabs, how to get them back?

someone solved this problem by saying you can find the files or smt like that in opera's profile folder ! i couldn't continue make my post there cos topic got locked cos obviously solved !
where is that folder hiding from me ?

and if you try to first cut the "Current tabs" file and save it in a safe place on your system, and rename the "Last tabs" file to "Current tabs" and check?
All these actions to do when Opera will be disabled. -

For Windows; Control+H is your History. Or Alt then find History in the drop down menu. Then scan that list til you find them. If you know their names you can put that in the search bar vastly quickening the search process.

Its the latest version. It just crashed out of nowhere. Then when I tried to start it again it would report some error for a while (can't remember what it was), and then, that same day, without me doing anything or restarting, it suddenly did start, but without any tabs.
This hasn't happened before, I just installed Opera a few days ago.
