I often use Cambridge dictionary (online version) to look up new words. But when I update Opera 60, the Dictionary website can't complete the loading process. I hope this problem is fixed early. Thanks.

You talking about https://dictionary.cambridge.org/? Which locale-specific section of the site loads for you? As in, what is the exact URL that won't load? Are you using Opera's VPN? Do you have any Opera extensions installed? Are you using Opera's built-in adblocker? Are you blocking third-party cookies in Opera?

@burnout426 I have this problem when I use adblocker and newest Opera version, but previous Opera version is no problem

Hmm, not sure what the difference is between the two versions, but can you goto the URL
opera://settings/adBlockerExceptions
in Opera, add the domain to the adblocking exceptions and try again to see if it fixes it? -

@burnout426 I mean there is no problem when I use Opera 58 with adblocker. But when I use Opera 60 with adblocker, https://dictionary.cambridge.org/ website always loads without stopping. I don't know why

@burnout426 I hope you and other developers solve this problem to improve users' experiences.

@vman Okay. Does adding an exception for the site at least work around the issue for now though?

@burnout426 If adding an exception for https://dictionary.cambridge.org/ website, many many ads will appear. The problem I want to say here that I want to use both adblocker (of Opera) and https://dictionary.cambridge.org/ website. I hope the next Opera version will solve this problem. Thank you.

Yes, but does it work around the problem of the page not loading?
It might not be the adblocker. The site works fine for me with the adblocker enabled.

@burnout426 That's very strange! But I still hope this problem is solved in the future. Thanks very much anyway

Hold up. I can confirm now.
When loading https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/test in Opera 60.0.3255.109 64-bit on Windows 10 Pro, with Opera's built-in adblocker turned on, after the page loads and the stop button turns to a reload button in the address bar, the loading/spinner animation in the left of the tab spins forever. Adding
[*.]cambridge.org
as an exception to the adblocker works around the issue.Doing the same thing in with Opera 58.0.3135.132 64-bit with Opera's built-in adblocker on, there's no issue. The page fully loads and the loading animation in the tab stops and turns to the site/facicon icon like it's supposed to. No exception in the adblocker is needed.
Tested with fresh profiles for each version.

Note that it does stop in Developer.
