I can confirm now.

When loading https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/test in Opera 60.0.3255.109 64-bit on Windows 10 Pro, with Opera's built-in adblocker turned on, after the page loads and the stop button turns to a reload button in the address bar, the loading/spinner animation in the left of the tab spins forever. Adding
[*.]cambridge.org
as an exception to the adblocker works around the issue.

Doing the same thing in with Opera 58.0.3135.132 64-bit with Opera's built-in adblocker on, there's no issue. The page fully loads and the loading animation in the tab stops and turns to the site/facicon icon like it's supposed to. No exception in the adblocker is needed.

Tested with fresh profiles for each version.

Yes, but does it work around the problem of the page not loading?

It might not be the adblocker. The site works fine for me with the adblocker enabled.

The problem I want to say here that I want to use both adblocker (of Opera) and https://dictionary.cambridge.org/ website. I hope the next Opera version will solve this problem. Thank you.
