Opera Developer & Opera For Windows, VPN wont work on either

I use Opera Developer version is 61.0.3298.3 For over a week now the VPN wont work. Ive reverted my search engine to its default, removed pinned tabs, and reset browser settings. And disabled all extensions and cleared temporary data, cookies etc. But it still wont connect to VPN
So I figured I'd install Opera for Windows version 60.0.3255.70 And the VPN still will not work.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks-

I checked my firewall and Opera is allowed through, I disabled my Antivirus but the VPN still will not work.
How can I ascertain if my ISP is blocking it? Ive had opera for about 2 years and the same ISP, and the VPN worked fine up until about a week or so ago when it seemed like many others were having issues with their VPN as well.

@leocg My issue is with Opera not being able to connect on my Desktop , and Ive learned that this is not due to my ISP blocking it because I used my laptop and was successful connecting to the Opera VPN using my ISP.
Do you have any suggestion under these new circumstances?
Thanks, I appreciate all your help

I am currently using version 60.0.3255.83 of Opera Stable, and the VPN is working just fine for me. I wish I could provide more details to help you out, but what I would suggest (as leocg suggested) is try connecting through a different ISP. Might also be some goofball setting on your computer

@epop11rt3 If I was somehow able to move my desktop computer to a location where I could connect to a different ISP, and it happens to successfully connect to Opera's VPN, am I to assume that this will then enable my Desktop to be able to now also connect to my own ISP?

I would think so. I am not really sure, but you could give it a try

I'm having the same issue.
First Opera failed to function completely (discovered this is due to WindowBlinds> Disabled WB to resolve that issue> Removed [COMPLETELY] and reinstalled Opera) No VPN connectivity whatsoever. It just sits there, saying "Connecting" Endlessly. Have let it sit for 40 minutes just to see, and still no change. Never had a single issue with it before installing WindowBlinds. As far as a software compatibility issue, I can accept that, however, I have already removed that issue from the equation, so what is the problem here?

@dethgrip69 Can you temporarily create a new Windows user account, log into it and try Opera there?
