Is there a way in Opera to impersonate other browsers? I know the old form of Opera had that.
There is a site at work that suddenly restricted access to the 4 main browsers and so it doesn't allow Chrome-like browsers other than Chrome.
Didn't know if there was a way to have it tell the site that it is Chrome.

In Opera. no. There are extensions available for it, though.

Do you know which extension it is?
I didn't see one when I searched this morning but I may have searched the wrong search parameters.

ctrl+shift+i > 3 dots in top right > more tools > network conditions > user agent

Try searching for user agent in the addons store.

                I like this one: https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/user-agent-switcher-5/.

Or, if you just want to remove Opera from the user agent string for all sites so it always appears to be Chrome, you can try: https://www.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/wiki/opera/extensions/mask_as_chrome. However, if you user Opera Developer, you can do that without an extension by going to the URL opera://flags/#chromium-ua-compatibility and setting it to enabled.
