Turning off notifications

I let my little brother use my computer to play some games the other day. when I was out of the room he got on an adfly link and enabled push notifications. now whenever I start up my computer I'm bombarded with ads, and I can't figure out how to turn it off. Could anybody let me know? thanks

It seems that you've got a malware. I would run an anti-malware and an anti-virus program.

Regarding notifications, you can disable it in the settings page: opera://settings/content/notifications

You actually have Opera running as soon as you start up your computer? Otherwise it can't notify you of anything. Have to agree with Leo, he downloaded and installed something he shouldn't have.
