Launch START page AND another URL tab at startup

It is simple to set up Opera to launch a page on startup. You enter the web page URL and it works fine. But I use the native 'Start Page' as my 'home' for Opera. This 'Start Page' comes up when I launch the app. When I add a URL to launch at start up, it launches that URL with no Start Page tab.

How can I tell Opera to continue to launch the default Start Page AND launch another (2nd) tab for the URL I enter in the settings page?

I don't think you can have both.

If you were to modify the shortcut you use to start Opera, you could do it. Set Opera to start with speed dial, then put the other page on the commandline in the shortcut and you should get both.
