Personal News time stamp issue

I use Opera Stable 39.0.2256.43 on Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. "Personal News" is nice! But time stamps (news release time?) on some news of "Personal News" are not exact. Some news's time stamps were showing "A few months ago". (ex. "fifteen months ago" or "Forty months ago" and so on).
Incidentally, After I reloaded "Personal News", sometimes these wrong time stamps changed to exact times.

I made a image from screenshot about this issue. In this time, No.3 news's timestamp was thirteen months ago.

- No.3 news:http://www.daily.co.jp/gossip/2016/08/03/0009349636.shtml
And No.4 news's timestamp was thirty nine months ago.
And No.5 & 6 news's timestamps were forty months ago.

- No.6 news:https://www.barks.jp/news/?id=1000129552
All these news's timestamp on these webpage were "2016/8/3".

…continuation from previous comment.
I don't know that No.1 & 2 news's timestamps were exact. Because these news's timestamps were "1 hour ago" on Personal news, but timestamps on these webpage were different. No.1 news's timestamps on this webpage is "2016/8/3 14:27 JST". And No.2 news's timestamps on this webpage is "2016/8/3 19:20 JST".

I understand! This issue is happened by wrong translation. For example, 40 minutes ago news's timestamp is displayed "40 months ago" in Japanese.

I updated Opera Stable to 41.0.2353.46. But this wrong translation is not fixed. In personal news, 40 minutes ago (『40分前』 ) news's timestamp is displayed "40 months ago"(『40ヶ月前』) in Japanese. :awww:
