I have an HP 64-bit laptop running Windows 10 Home, 12gb memory, 2T hard drive.
I only use Opera as I'm trying to stay away from MS. Now when I do a search in Opera for something, even if I select something off my Speed Dial, that will open correctly as does the search BUT at the same time an Edge window opens with Bing as a search engine (I have Opera set to Google) and it takes me to this screen. It's becoming a real PIA.
Do you have any suggestions about how to prevent this from happening? Thanks for your help.

First we would need to know how did you manage to do that.

Try checking in handlers section in Opera's settings page if there isn't anything related to Edge there.

What build of Windows 10? I recall reading that some of the pre-release builds were trying to force people to use Edge; I have yet to encounter it myself on my own (HP) laptop but an article talked about them changing people's default browser and displaying a dialog to discourage you from even installing another browser.

Alternatively you have some malware trying to redirect your searches, but somehow it is opening the wrong browser.

You are accidentally pressing F1 when on your desktop.
