How to ignore website font-size , style in opera windows 10 (just like in Internet Explorer)

Hello folks ,
I'm visually impaired , the problem I have , in whatever browser ,
every webpage , all lettersize & fonts are unclear and thin , but until now ,
only in Internet Explorer delivers me a bit surf-pleasure for my eyes !!

My native language is Dutch , but I think you understand what I'm trying to say !!
Anyone know how this can be done in opera ??Also a nice thing about opera , while you're surfing on the net ,

Fonts settings doesn't work for any site at all ,
so , extensions is gonna be the only chance , I'm not a real computer expert ,
but I'm gonna google on extension , or if any one know a solution , thank you ,

@mr-guitar i know this is not an ideal solution, but maybe you can check this add-on out and see if it is helpful for you.

Unfortunately , magnification this way doesn't work for me ,
It's gonna be a though to find the right software , but we'll keep on trying ,thanks Mr Guitar
