How do I drag the extensions bar wider, making address bar narrower?

In Chrome there's a grip handle on hover, but I cannot find anything in Opera settings that allows for this kind of manual adjustment. It appears that Opera has some kind of proportional spacing depending on width of the browser window. IS there a manual adjustment capability?
