reseting speed dials, extensions and adding all the standard markers back

so every time that I close and open opera again my speed dials are reset my extensions are gone and all the standard markers are back to my markers bar and also I have to synch my account everysingle time (sorry for any wrong terms I use opera in portuguese)

Did you try with a clean profile as instructed?

First guess - your profile directory is locked or requires administrator access. Nothing is being saved.
