To many opera instances running in task manager and going 100%

Can someone tell me why this keeps happening and if I can fix it? I have sent inquires through bug help. But no response.
I'm on windows 10

This is how Chromium, in what Opera is based on, works, it's multi process.

Check Opera's task manager to see which tab is using that much CPU.

Its only opera that sets it off. I only have one tab open at a time. as a matter of fact that screen shot it was only one tab that was open at the time. I have every extension and plug in shut off. It still does this.

Did you check Opera's task manager?

If that isn't clear, it is on the menu under Developer (or press Shift-Esc on the keyboard).

I don't see any of the processes in the pic at or near 100%. Was that pic just intended to show multiple Opera processes?
