How to disable location access and notifications for all sites?

All guides on internet seem to refer to older versions of Opera, looking by myself I didn't find it in settings. I want both these options permanently blocked for all sites since it's annoying to disallow every new site.
I am using latest Opera version - v56 -

Hi @andy-scull, go to
opera:settings/content/location
, and toggle the switch on the right of "Ask before accessing...". Do the same underopera:settings/content/notifications

Hi, does this really prevent sites accessing location and desktop notifications? From how it's phrased ("Ask before accessing") I figure if I disable it then it would automatically allow access without asking the user

Hi @andy-scull, yes, it should. When you click the left arrow to the left of "Location", you should see "Blocked" below "Notifications", and yes it's a bug in displaying wrong information, when you switch it off, it should also display "Blocked" on the left of the switch.

Hi @leocg, for me it's clearly a bug, which needs to be fixed. It's misleading and confusing, when the switch is off, it should display "Blocked" or "Disabled".

Thanks, you were right, it does permanently deny access for any sites not in allow list.
I checked on several online test sites, the result was that the browser supports it but permission was denied.
