I want both these options permanently blocked for all sites since it's annoying to disallow every new site.<br />
I am using latest Opera version - v56</p>

<p dir="auto">Thanks, you were right, it does permanently deny access for any sites not in allow list.<br />
I checked on several online test sites, the result was that the browser supports it but permission was denied.</p>

<p dir="auto">Some people understand the switch as an on/off one and the string change causes confusion.</p>

It's misleading and confusing, when the switch is off, it should display "Blocked" or "Disabled".</p>
